Lucy, a Chartered Environmentalist, Full Member of IEMA, Registered EIA Practitioner and Associate of the RTPI, advises on environmental, socio-economic, health and sustainability issues for major development at plan and project levels. Her career spans engineering/environmental consultancy and environmental planning in the UK and internationally. Lucy advises on environmental risk and strategy for the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project and Town & Country Planning regimes, she also reviews Environmental Statements for compliance with legislation and case law on behalf of developers and local authorities.

Lucy’s current interests include proportionate EIA, health and climate change and she frequently presents at industry events on these topics. Career highlights include a complex Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for high powered engine testing at Norwich Airport, advising on the Welborne Garden Village for 6,000 homes, 1m sqm of commercial use and a new motorway junction in Hampshire and the extension of the Tate Modern in London.
