Local Authority and community support for the replacement of an existing, locally listed building and adjacent football pitch was critical for the delivery of this retirement village at the former St.Loye’s College in Exeter.
The proposals for the conversion of three existing buildings to provide 206 retirement apartments, warden’s accommodation, extensive community facilities and the construction of further homes were unanimously supported by Planning Committee Members following extensive consultation.
