A Structured Induction Programme
From Day 1 we provide you with a ‘Platform of skills and knowledge’ that will help to orientate you into
the practice and kick start your careers with us.
A Training and Continued Professional Development (CPD) Programme
Our Training & Development team ensures a fully structured, annual timetable of training and development
solutions is offered on a proactive basis Practice-wide. A comprehensive CPD programme also ensures that
all staff keep up to date with Best Practice and necessary professional affiliation/membership obligations.
Annual Staff Development Review
Every staff member has the opportunity to discuss (with their Line Manager) the previous years’ successes
and future development needs. Individuals are encouraged to provide input into the process year on year.
This approach ensures that we have an ever evolving system.
