Mark joined Barton Willmore in 1999 and became a Partner in 2003. He now leads our Solihull team supporting projects of all types for a wide range of clients. His major projects include the redevelopment of Fair Mile Hospital, Cholsey, guidance of an urban extension at West Stevenage and the delivery of permission for the Gunwharf Quays retail park in Portsmouth.
