Barton Willmore has appointed Simon Grundy as a Director at our Leed's office. Simon joins Barton Willmore from Colliers CRE, bringing a wide range of development based planning experience from both private and public sectors. He specialises in EIA development, regeneration, high density residential and student housing.

Barton Willmore has won planning permission for the regeneration of the Yarborough Estate in Grimsby. The permission was secured by Barton Willmore on behalf of Stamford Homes and Shoreline Housing Association and facilitates a regeneration scheme of up to 450 dwellings located within a wider mixed use Masterplan.
