11th March 2011 Chairman, Ted Saxton wrote to West Oxfordshire District Council commenting on Local Development Framework Core Strategy; and requesting the allocation of land to the East of Woodstock for housing and new facilities for Old Woodstock Town Football Club.

27th July 2011 Phil Morgan, Assistant Head Teacher of the Marlborough School wrote to WODC adding the School’s support to the East Woodstock proposals which could also be shared by Marlborough School and by Marlborough AFC.

28th July 2011 Ted Saxton wrote a further letter of support to WODC restating the Club’s commitment to the allocation of land at East Woodstock.
