With 60,000ft² of office space, Project Waverley will transform a 19.4 hectare contaminated former coal extraction site to provide extensive employment provision (B1 use, a hotel and ancillary retail and leisure).

Project Waverley will provide a high quality, sustainable, landscaped commercial development, fully integrated as a component of the overall Waverley Development Site. When combined with the Waverley community, the proposal will form the critical mass required to create a self-sustaining development. The site is located within the Sheffield City Region Enterprise Zone.
